We are so happy to announce the completion of Lykavitos Mansions, another luxury apartment building project by Photos Photiades Homes. The building was delivered to its owners in July 2021.
Lykavitos Mansions is situated in one of the most beautiful and peaceful neighborhoods of Lykavitos in Nicosia. All 8 apartments have been delivered to their new owners at the quality standards and timeframe Photos Photiades Homes promised.
The building is composed of five 3-bedroom apartments and three 2-bedroom apartments. All 2-bedroom apartments have one covered parking place and all 3-bedroom apartments have two covered parking spaces. The building features a large lobby, landscaped garden at the entrance and automated doors for the parking and entrance doors.
All apartments were delivered with underfloor heating systems with heat pump for maximum efficiency, Air-condition units in all bedrooms and concealed air-conditions in all common areas of each apartment.
Last but not least the not so hidden ace of this project is the view. All apartments enjoy the beautiful view of the neighborhood and the top floors enjoy the breathtaking view of the whole of Nicosia, since the building has the added benefit to be situated on one of the highest points of Lykavitos.
We want to thank the team of architects, construction, interior design, sales, marketing and the owners of all apartments for the excellent cooperation that made this project a success
If you are interested in a new home in the area fear not, next to Lykavitos Mansions we have started anew project, Zinas Mansions, which is due to be completed next year.
